These templates are drafted for general U.S. use with a focus on protecting your content, brand, and business relationships. Laws vary slightly by state, so if something feels unique or complex, a local attorney consult is always a good idea.

While I’m a licensed attorney and will guide you inside the Sanctuary while providing you with educational info, we won’t have a formal attorney-client relationship unless we sign a separate agreement.
The Sanctuary is a contract library + support space, not legal representation.

Both Sanctuary tiers require a 12-month commitment. This protects the integrity of the space and honors the value of the resources that you get instant access to when you join. You’re welcome to pay monthly or annually, but early cancellation isn’t available. In other words, due to the digital nature of the resources inside The Sanctuary, all purchases are non-refundable.
